Blogazines.org is a directory of the best blogazines on the web. When I think “blogazine” I think digital art.  I see creativity and expect no shortcuts be taken. To be considered a blogazine you must adhere to particular criteria. This websites mission is to help define what a blogazine is and exemplify this outstanding new online media.

Too many losers add images to a Wordpress site and call it a blogazine. But a blogazine is a lot more (in today’s use of the word). Each page of a blogazine is a piece of art, unique, and beautiful to it’s brothers and sisters while still part of the family. A blogazine is a lot more visual than a blog. The author must build fresh content and a unique design for each post.

Blogazines.org filters out the garbage and the fako-blogo-bozos and profiles the best blogazines on the web. Use this site’s categories to find blogs of interest. If you are interested in starting your own blogazine than learn from these talented folks.

Someone asked me “Why isn’t Blogozines.org a blogazine itself?”  That’s retarded. Why should I have a separate design and layout to profile websites that have a separate design and layout? I aim to profile the blogazine and author.. not my own minimal design skills.
